What this covers
This policy explains what Powell Content Studio collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. It applies to powellcontentstudio.com. It does not cover data that PCS processes inside a client system on that client's behalf, which is governed by the agreement with that client.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form and send. That means your name, your email address, your telephone number, optionally your business name and the topic you selected, and the message you wrote. Nothing else is collected about you by this site.
The bottleneck finder
The diagnostic tool on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted anywhere. If you choose to carry your result into the contact form, it is placed into the visible message box for you to read and edit, and it only leaves your browser if you then send the form.
Analytics and tracking
This site does not load third party analytics, advertising pixels, or social tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies of its own.
Why we have it
To reply to you. Contact details you provide are used to respond to your inquiry and to correspond about work you have asked about. They are not sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to a Powell Content Studio email address by a third party form delivery service, and stored in the business email account. Bookings made through the scheduling link are handled by the scheduling provider. Both process the data only to deliver the service.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as there is a live conversation or an active client relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.

Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. PCS does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
