One point of contact, and a studio built around what actually pays.

Powell Content Studio is owned outright by Shawn Nardella and operates from Powell, Ohio. It started as a content and social studio and became something more useful, because the clients kept having the same problem and it was never the content.

Why it works this way

The content was never the problem.

PCS started by making the marketing look right, and it did. Then the same conversation kept happening. The campaign worked. The inquiries arrived. And weeks later a client would mention, without connecting it to anything, that they had not gotten around to calling half of them.

The obvious next move was to build the part that catches the work. Not more marketing, the machinery underneath it: something to answer the phone at night, something to put the lead where it belongs, something to keep chasing it in week three. That is what the studio does now, and the content and campaigns are still here because the two halves only work when they are built to fit.

The way this shows up for you is simple. You are not handed to an account manager. You talk to Shawn, who scoped the work, and who will tell you when what you are asking for is not the thing you need.

Shawn Nardella

Founder and CEO

Shawn founded Powell Content Studio and owns it outright. He sets the strategy, scopes the offers, owns the client relationships, and stays accountable for what the studio ships. He is the person you talk to, from the first call through the handover.

On the heavier engineering builds the studio works with a long standing technical partner, which is what lets PCS deliver production systems and not just plans. Knowing who is actually going to build the thing is a reasonable question to want answered before you spend money.

How we work

Five things that are true whether or not you ask.

Nothing gets promised that is outside our control

You will not be told a lead will close, that an AI assistant will name you first, or that a call will never be missed. Those depend on other people. What gets committed to is what PCS actually does.

Ad spend is yours and goes straight to the platform

PCS takes no percentage of it. There is no version of this where we make more money by talking you into a bigger budget.

The reporting says what it cannot see

Naming the limits of the data is not weakness, it is the only way the numbers stay useful. Cost per lead is a proxy and it gets treated as one.

You get told when you are asking for the wrong thing

Including when the honest answer is that PCS is not the right firm for it. A sale that should not have happened costs more than the one that did not.

Come and describe the mess.

The first conversation is twenty minutes and it is diagnosis, not a pitch. If it turns out you do not need any of this, that is a fine outcome.
