What it is

One system, built once, that keeps running after we leave.

An AI Operations System is a custom build that takes the repetitive back office work off your team. It knows your business, it lives inside the tools you already use, and it runs without anyone having to remember it exists.

It is sold as a one time build with no monthly management fee, which is a deliberate constraint on us rather than a discount for you. A system PCS has to run every month would be designed differently, and worse. This one has to actually run itself.

The part that makes it work is not the software. It is the discovery. We come and sit with the people who do the job, record how they do it, and capture the exceptions and the workarounds that never made it into any process document. That is the raw material.

What is in the build

  • On site discovery and process mapping with your team
  • A custom assistant configured to your business
  • Automated delivery to a segmented database
  • Draft and approve handling for routine correspondence
  • Appointment scheduling and reminders
  • Back office reporting and workflow automation
  • Integration with your existing email, calendar and CRM
  • Testing, a walkthrough, and 30 days of support
How it runs

Discovery is the job. The build is the easy part.

  1. We come to you

Process mapping happens where the work happens. We record it, because the useful detail is always the thing somebody does without mentioning it.

  2. We write the spec

You see exactly what is being built and what it will and will not do, in plain language, before anything is built.

  3. We build it

The build runs against the spec. Larger builds bring in additional engineering capacity that PCS has worked with for years.

  4. We hand it over properly

Testing, a walkthrough with the people who will use it, and 30 days of support. After that, changes are quoted, so one time genuinely means one time.

The honest part

Where this is the wrong answer.

Buy the audit first if you are not sure

If you cannot name the specific workflow you want gone, a $5,900 build is the wrong first purchase. The AI Efficiency Audit exists to answer that question for less money, and the fee comes off this if you go ahead within 30 days.

This is not a monthly service

If what you actually want is somebody running an operation for you every month, this is not it. That is closer to AI Workforce, which is priced monthly because it needs monitoring, exception handling and tuning to keep working.

Questions about ai operations system

What is an AI Operations System?

An AI Operations System is a custom, one time build from Powell Content Studio that takes repetitive back office work off a team. It is configured to the specific business, integrates with the email, calendar and CRM already in use, and is designed to run on its own without a monthly management fee. It costs $5,900.

Why is there no monthly fee?

Because a system with a monthly fee attached gets designed as a service, and a service needs someone to run it. Removing the recurring revenue forces the build to actually be self running. Support is included for 30 days and changes after that are quoted separately.

Who builds it?

PCS owns the discovery, the specification, the client relationship, and the handover. The heavier engineering is built with a long standing technical partner, which is how the studio ships production systems instead of prototypes. You deal with Shawn throughout.

What if it needs changes later?

They get quoted. That is the trade for there being no monthly fee, and it is stated up front so one time does not quietly become unpaid lifetime maintenance.
